Shipping policy

**Processing time**

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

**Shipping rates**

**Delivery time**

We ship pan-India via DTDC and other trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from dispatch. Remote locations (Northeast India, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, Ladakh) may take 6–9 business days.

**Tracking your order**

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your courier name and tracking ID. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier's website.

**Delays**

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@ehlor.com.

**We currently ship within India only.** International shipping is not available at this time.
