Refund policy
At Ehlor, we take pride in the quality of every towel we ship. We accept returns only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
**What qualifies for a return**
We will accept a return if your towel arrives with a manufacturing defect — such as a broken weave, significant colour inconsistency from the product shown, or a structural fault. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
**What does not qualify for a return**
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Slight natural variation in colour (minor differences between screen display and the actual product are normal)
- Damage caused by incorrect washing or care (please follow the care label)
- Items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging
**How to raise a return request**
Email us at info@auwellglobal.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the defect
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will arrange a pickup at no cost to you and process a full refund or replacement — your choice.
**Refund timeline**
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
