India's textile and home goods sector runs largely on women's hands. They stitch, sort, fold, quality-check, and pack. Yet this labour is chronically underpaid, informal, and invisible in most brand narratives.

At Ehlor, we've made a deliberate choice to change that — starting with our own backyard.

Every towel in our Sea Shell Collection goes through a hands-on quality check before it reaches you. That process is carried out by women from our local community in Hyderabad — women who bring not just labour, but judgment, attention to detail, and ownership of the product.
